Shreya's parents and grandparents came into nursery to teach the children how to make chapatis. The children learnt how to make a dough with flour, oil and water, and how to roll these into circles with rolling pins. When cooked, the children filled their chapatis with a yoghurt mix and Bombay potatoes. They were absolutely incredible and many of the children came back to make a second. The activity was enjoyed by all of the staff and children, and we'd like to say a huge thank you to Shreya's family for their kindness. Special mention also must go to Lisa, for becoming the world's best sous chef!
